THE BRIEF:

Knapsack productions asked us to come and document some of their performances at Camp Bestival, Lulworth Cove in summer 2019. We photographed both shows - Journey in to Space, where we joined Astronaut Paul to learn how rockets get you into space, how spacesuits keep you alive, how to survive re-entry as well as how to avoid some of the other traps that the cosmos has waiting for you; and The Invisible Museum – a journey through history with The Curator who took us on a journey through time and introduced us to the people who, despite their significant contributions, aren’t in the galleries, museums or history books through a mixture of interactive story-telling, hands on experiments and object handling. We photographed both the performers, the audience and the interaction between the two and provided a set of varied images for use by the company.

THE GIFT:

A family weekend ticket to Camp Bestival 2019 and the most awesome festival fun. Thank you. It was amazing!
